DESCRIPTION
MS-51 hydraulic hose crimping machine (compatible with DX68 series) is a high-precision, high-output swaging solution engineered for heavy-duty hydraulic hose assembly. Adopting a robust double-inclined eight-flap die base with precision guiding structure, it delivers consistent, taper-free crimping for industrial hoses. The machine comes standard with 10 sets of free quick-change dies, supporting swaging for high-pressure hoses with inner diameter from 6mm up to 51mm (1/4” to 2”), covering 1SP to 4SP/4SH wire braided hoses. As a compact bench-top model, it can be mounted on any standard workbench or rack to achieve an ergonomic operating height, reducing operator fatigue in long-hour production.
